ICOCE 2019

Thanks to your participation and support. 2019 3rd International Conference on Civil Engineering has been successfully held in Hue, Vietnam, during May 4-6, 2019. As the organizing committee, we hope every delegate has enjoyed the conference and taken the chance to experience the culture and history of the capitcal city of the old dynasty of Vietnam. Although we have had a small group of participants this year, we have met some old friends and also made some new friends. Hopefully, we'll be able to see each other again next year.
